LEAP’s Highlights from Ansys 2022 R1 release – Structures

Ansys 2022 R1 is here and brings with it huge improvements in performance, usability, speed and model physics. In this article we have provided two summary videos, the first looking at the highlights and key new features of greatest interest to our customers in Ansys 2022 R1 for FEA while the second explores the capabilities of the new Ansys Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Toolkit.

In the first video below, Sean Burrows, Application Engineer at LEAP Australia takes a look at some of the key enhancements introduced in Ansys 2022 R1 including Geometry Import, Meshing Diagnostics, Feature Detection, Resource Prediction,  Substructure Generation and Structural Optimisation.

In the following video, Peter Brand, Application Engineer at LEAP Australia takes a closer look at the capabilities of the new Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) toolkit within Ansys.
